The Birthday of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi is celebrated every year on Agrahayana Krishna Saptami at Ramakrishna Math Barasat with due solemnity. The auspicious day begins with Mangalarati followed by Vedic chanting and hymns by the monks. Special Puja, Chandi Recital and Homa are conducted in the main temple. Devotees receive blessings of the Holy Mother and Prasad is distributed among all.
